The Opportunity

Medendo is the market leader for AI in Dutch Mental Healthcare, and we’re just getting started. Our product is evolving from a reporting tool into a fully integrated clinical assistant.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to define and scale how healthcare professionals adopt this technology. By the end of 2026, our assistant will be a standard part of the workflow for thousands of clinicians, handling consult preparation, diagnosis support, and treatment plans.

This is your chance to move beyond standard "support" roles and build the relationships that prove AI can genuinely improve patient care and healthcare worker happiness.

The Role

We are expanding rapidly and need a pragmatic relationship builder who understands that adopting new technology in healthcare requires trust, patience, and clear guidance. You will be the bridge between our technical innovation and the daily reality of medical professionals.

• Build Onboarding Strategies: You won't just follow a script; you will build the playbooks. You will design and execute onboarding strategies that ensure healthcare professionals get value from day one.
• Drive Adoption & Retention: You will monitor customer health and platform usage, proactively identifying opportunities to help users work smarter, not harder.
• Feedback Loop: You are the voice of the customer. You will gather insights and friction points from users and translate them into actionable feedback for our Product and Development teams.
• Educate & Empower: You will provide training, host workshops, and create best-practice materials that help our users become power users of the Medendo Workspace.

• Ticketing: Intercom (for managing incoming requests ).
