The opportunity:

Across every industry, businesses operate on customer and 3rd party data. The volumes and types of data that need to be shared have grown exponentially. However, the external data intake and sharing process continues to be expensive involving a lot of project management, a hodgepodge of tools, custom glue code, and a ton of developer time.

This is our opportunity! Solving this pain will turn us into the “railroads” for inter-company data sharing.

The role:

As the Head of Customer Success, you will be the face of 42Layers for our customers and the voice of our customers within 42Layers. This is a leadership role that requires a broad range of skill sets to be successful: You will work with CXOs, VPs, CSMs and Developers. You will learn from them and guide them on best practices. You will work closely with our CEO and COO on growth strategies. You will work closely with our engineering team on roadmap prioritization. You will work closely with our marketing team to build customer success stories, and thought leadership content. You will of course scale the team as we grow as a company. But most importantly, you will ensure the customer is successful in their business outcomes with 42Layers.
