Role Description

Mission

AcuityMD is hiring a Customer Success leader to drive implementation of AcuityMD at our customer accounts, serving as the primary point person for key stakeholders and end users of our product. This role has both a strategic and operational focus. The Customer Success Lead will be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at our accounts, delivering strategic insights to drive their key business initiatives. Additionally, this role will be primarily responsible for building out the infrastructure, capabilities, and playbooks to operationally support our users through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. The overall mission of this role is to develop deep and personal relationships with our user base, championing user empathy across the organization and ushering the necessary resources to find solutions.
