Post-sales technical focus. CSMs maximize value and outcomes within our customer developers by helping them solve their current challenges and uncover new challenges we can solve in the product. The work is split into two parts:
- Customer health (problem-solving for the customer's business objectives, keeping track of features that hold them back, etc.).
- Technical solutions (deep technical knowledge, constant experience to get personalized problem-solving at the technical level).
