RaceFinder is a platform that brings together running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, and duathlon events from across Portugal, all in one place. We enable athletes to discover and plan races while providing increased visibility for events and their organizers. Our goal is to simplify the path to your next starting line, supporting the active and vibrant sports community in Portugal.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be at the heart of the RaceFinder user experience, working closely with athletes, race organizers, and the product team. This includes:
Customer Service
- Support athletes and organizers via email, chat, and social media
- Answer questions related to race registrations, events, payments, and platform usage
- Resolve issues in a fast, empathetic, and solution-oriented way
- Collect user feedback and share insights with the product team
Website & Content
- Create, edit, and maintain website content (race pages, FAQs, informational pages)
- Ensure race information is accurate, clear, and up to date
- Support the creation of simple content for emails, landing pages, and user communications
- Work closely with marketing and product to improve clarity, conversion, and overall UX
What we're looking for
- A degree in a relevant field (Communication, Marketing, Management, Sports Management, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and a clear user-first mindset
- Good written communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Comfort working with digital platforms and online content
- Previous experience in customer support, operations, or digital content is a plus, but not mandatory
