🔥 What you will be doing
- Own customer relationships. You’ll be the key contact and trusted advisor for both current and prospective customers. You’re in charge of the customer’s success both pre and post-sales.
- Cultivate growth opportunities. Plan partner and go-to-market strategies to grow our pipeline of prospects. Facilitate expansions, renewals and referrals across existing customers.
- Be the customer champion. You’re driven by customer success and will work closely with product, engineering and design to resolve issues and prioritize feature requests.

- You’re comfortable and confident speaking with customers, including founders, investors and lawyers. You have great presentation skills, strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong work ethics, goal-oriented, and great attention to detail. You are self-motivated and highly accountable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and working style. Strong desire to win and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results. Pride yourself in high output and fast growth.
- Bonus point: You have prior customer & growth experience at early-stage startups!
