You can add as many custom fonts as you want to your account. Once added, your fonts will be available to your templates, in the text components dropdown menus.

Prepare your font files

Braze limits the size of in-app messages to 2Mo, and warns you beyond 300Ko.

Some font files can be very heavy. We recommend to use font files that weigh less than 100Ko. To get lighter font files, we recommend transforming them into .woff or .woff2 files.

The operation is quick and simple, you can use any online converter for this, like this one, or this one.

  1. Visit your brand profile, under the navigation bar burger menu.

  2. Under Brand Fonts, click on "Add a new font".

  3. We generally don't recommend using the "Paste your URL here.." option, except if you have one. Prefer the "or upload the font directly" option.
