Pollen is seeking a Program Manager with a focus on educational curriculum planning, distribution, and execution. This individual will prospect partnerships and collaborate with world-class instructors to deliver high-quality and relevant sprints and workshops that meets the needs and expectations of our members.
This role will report into the Head of Operations and Strategy.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential instructors based on their expertise and instructional capabilities. Conduct assessments through initial calls to ensure alignment.
- Own the master programming calendar, collaborating closely with internal teams to craft a robust and quality schedule of events.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of sprint programs, from setup to management and delivery. This includes managing enrollment processes, coordinating emails, conducting feedback surveys, and ensuring seamless availability of resources.
- Drive integrated projects through execution, managing timelines, dependencies, and deadlines with precision. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for distributing programs. This includes building landing pages, crafting marketing emails, designing and nurturing community spaces, optimizing registration workflows, and executing lifecycle campaigns.
- Partner with external instructors to create courses that are comprehensive and quality. Leverage their knowledge, frameworks, and real-world examples to enhance course content.
- Co-facilitate alongside subject matter experts to make amazing, engaging, and memorable live events.
- Ensure excellence in all aspects by conducting rigorous quality assurance and copy editing of content and training materials.
- Cultivate relationships within the Pollen community, actively encouraging participation in scheduled programming to foster a sense of belonging and business transformation.
- Maintain meticulous records of program documents, contracts, recordings, and resources.
- Partner with the Product and Design teams to shape the future of programming and product together.
