Why I Made Brew Notes

I ordered kettle, v60 and filters, find some local coffee and started brewing. Feeling was amazing, coffee was good, some knowledge from espresso can really be applyed to filter coffee as well. That I realised that I will be brewing a lot if differect coffees, vareitals, different processes an so on. So I decided to start writing every coffee that I was brewing. Washed and natural Ethiopian coffee, then same process but different region. I wanted to see is there any patterns, recipes that works for same process. To find a best way to brew good cup of coffee, because it’s expensive and bags are 200-250g. Tou dont want to throw away half of bag to brew one good cup of coffee. My Brewing Notes started to fill with a coffee, i was writing recipes and started to see that some coffees can work with same recipes and to get what you are looking for. Later I discovered
