What Cue does

Cue is the real-time prompting engine at the heart of Sayso. It listens to your call and surfaces the right question, reframe, or objection handler steps the moment you need it.

The three stages of every conversation

Cue tracks every call through three stages:

• Connect — building rapport, earning the right to ask questions
• Discover — uncovering motivation, timing, money, agent situation
• Convert — booking the appointment

Prompts shift as the call moves through these stages.

How prompts appear

Cue shows prompts as either:

• Full Insights — a complete suggestion with context
• Condensed — short, scannable cues

Switch between the two in Settings > Cue > Prompt Style. Full Insights is good when you're learning. Condensed is faster once you know the flow.

Which prospecting scenarios it supports

Lead Types are Buyer or Seller. Cue works under either Lead Type across any script or framework you already use:

• Expireds
• FSBOs
• Zillow leads
