These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Crypto Consulting AU Pty Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Crypto Consulting AU Pty Ltd is not responsible for any financial decisions or losses resulting from information provided.

Services

Crypto Consulting AU Pty Ltd provides cryptocurrency consulting and recovery services, including but not limited to wallet recovery, scam investigation, and education on digital assets. We operate online and offer in‑person sessions in public spaces or client premises within Australia.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided by Crypto Consulting AU Pty Ltd shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Act 2010 (NSW) or equivalent state legislation. Arbitration will take place online or in a mutually agreed public location within Australia (typically Sydney or Melbourne).

Payment Terms

• Fees: Our standard consulting rate is AUD $275 + GST per hour. We charge an additional 10**% recovery fee** on any recovered wallet amounts. The recovery fee is calculated in Australian Dollars based on the market value of the recovered assets at the time of recovery.
• Billing: Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest or collection costs. Accounts outstanding beyond 30 days may be referred to a debt collection agency.
• Session Charges: Clients are billed only for the duration of the consultation or recovery session.
• No‑Show Fee: A $100 + GST no‑show fee applies if a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without at least 24 hours’ notice or arrives more than 15 minutes late.
• No Refunds: All payments made to Crypto Consulting AU Pty Ltd are non‑refundable.
