1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Crush! AI (“Crush”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Crush is an entertainment and coaching app that uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided content (such as images and text context) and generate suggested message openers.

All suggestions are provided for recreational/informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Payments

• Premium Subscription: unlocks additional features (for example unlimited analyses and advanced styles).
• Free Trial (3 days): when available, this is an App Store introductory offer. After the trial period, the selected subscription renews and is charged automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial/current period ends.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage/Cancel: subscriptions can be managed or canceled in App Store settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
• Forfeiture of Trial: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. Conduct Rules

You agree not to use the app to create, analyze, or distribute unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content, or to harass, threaten, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by Crush and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You use the app and its outputs at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crush is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or AI-generated suggestions.
