Crople is a sports and social matching service that helps users discover other users, send friend or Bestie Rush requests, chat, plan meetups, view sports facilities, use avatar-based identity features, and receive in-app rewards.
In this document, "Crople," "we," "our," or "us" means TO BE COMPLETED: legal entity/operator name . "Service" means the Crople mobile app, related web pages, administrator tools, notifications, and any connected backend services.
By creating an account, using Crople, or continuing to access the Service, you agree to these Terms and to any policies linked during onboarding or inside the app, including the Privacy Policy, Location-Based Services Terms, the age requirement and community/safety rules included in these Terms, and applicable consent notices.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
Crople is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information during onboarding and must not create an account for another person without authorization.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user is underage, provides false information, abuses the Service, or creates safety or legal risk.
Crople may support phone number login, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, and other account methods. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure. You must promptly update your contact information if it changes.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or lend your account.
You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, exploit, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise harm users or the Service. You must follow the Community Guidelines and must use reporting and blocking tools responsibly.
Crople helps users plan sports-related meetups, but Crople does not control users, venues, facilities, weather, transport, or real-world conditions. You are responsible for your own decisions, safety, health, transportation, equipment, and participation.
You should meet in appropriate public or trusted locations, use reasonable caution, and stop participating if something feels unsafe.
