By agreeing, you allow Crople to collect and use the personal information required to provide the Service.
Crople may collect and use phone number, recovery email, account identifier, authentication provider identifier, age eligibility information, nickname, gender selection, sports preferences, avatar/loadout settings, language, country/region, app/device information, service usage logs, report/support records, chat metadata, and other information necessary for account and service operation.
Location, health, step, exercise, photo, notification, and similar permission-based information is collected only when the relevant feature is used and the user grants the required OS-level permission.
Information is used for account creation, authentication, onboarding, matching, chat, meetup planning, rewards, safety, moderation, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.
Information is kept while the account is active and for the period necessary for legal compliance, disputes, audit evidence, abuse prevention, and service integrity. Some records may be retained after account deletion if required by law or legitimate operational need.
If you do not agree to required collection and use, you cannot complete onboarding or use the Service. Optional permissions can be refused, but related features may not work.

Marketing communications consent is integrated into this Personal Information Collection and Use Consent as an optional consent item. You can create an account and use the core Service even if you do not agree to marketing communications.
