This overseas transfer consent draft is prepared for Crople. It must be reviewed before public launch.
TO BE COMPLETED: legal entity name, privacy contact, effective date, final countries/providers/retention periods.
By agreeing, you allow Crople to transfer, store, or process personal information outside your country where necessary to operate global infrastructure and service providers.
Crople uses global cloud, authentication, SMS, push notification, map/place, monitoring, web hosting, and productivity services. These services may process data in countries outside Korea or Australia.
Potential providers may include Supabase, Google, Apple, Firebase, Sentry, Vonage, Google Maps/Places, Vercel, Notion, GitHub, and app store providers. Processing countries may include the United States, European Union/EEA, Australia, Korea, and other countries where the providers operate.
TO BE COMPLETED: final provider-by-provider country, transferred items, purpose, retention period, and contact.
Transferred information may include account identifiers, phone number, recovery email, device/app identifiers, region, language, service usage logs, location-related records where applicable, support/report records, crash logs, and technical metadata.
Crople will use appropriate technical, administrative, and contractual safeguards where available, including access controls, encryption in transit, role-based access, logging, and provider security controls.
If you do not agree to required overseas transfer, Crople may not be able to provide account creation, authentication, app infrastructure, maps, notifications, monitoring, or support features.
TO BE COMPLETED: privacy contact email and operator details.
