About the opportunity

As a Credit Manager you will focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers as well as an exceptional performance of external and internal partners. As the first Credit Manager, you will:

Work on next-generation financial products.
Take responsibility for building our credit decision engine: from concept all the way to the implementation.
Architect, design, and develop the product from scratch.
Drive strategic decisions in the field of lending.
Collaborate with engineers, external partners and founders to create an outstanding credit experience for our users.
Develop lasting partnerships with our existing partners and develop new partnerships that help us achieve our goals.
Define operational processes that can either be automated or taken over by operational teams.
Own all credit-related KPIs.
Build up a team that can support our growth, mentor junior colleagues and help hire new talent.

Requirements

We expect candidates to have a strong commercial mindset with a good eye for operational processes.

You are comfortable defining a long-term credit strategy that acts as guidance for our business decisions.
