The problem statement was to Design a Credit Card Bill Payment experience to monitor and pay bills with possible impacts on credit scores.

Constraints 🔒

Before diving into my process, let's shed light on a few constraints and defining structures that were pre-defined.

• This feature is being built as an MVP version
• It will be included as a part of an existing fintech product
• The timeline we’re considering for shipping is roughly 4-weeks

Deliverables 📤

The pre-defined deliverables included —

• Research brief — Create a brief detailing the personas, scenarios and use cases. Identify problems that the solution you provide can solve and create low-fidelity wireframes to represent the user journeys.
• Hi-fidelity Wireframes — Create Hi-fidelity wireframes of end-to-end workflows for the personas (not more than 5–7 screens). Document your design approach and break down your design tasks.
• Create a clickable high-fidelity prototype.
