You need this to let n8n send emails for you.

1. Click this link: https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords

2. Log in to your Google Account.

3. Note: If it says "Setting not available," you must turn on 2-Step Verification here first.

4. Type a name (example: n8n).

5. Click Create.

6. Copy the 16-letter code. (It looks like: abcd efgh ijkl mnop).

   • Paste this into n8n as your "Password".

2. OpenAI (For ChatGPT)

You need this for the AI text generator.

1. Click this link: https://platform.openai.com/api-keys
2. Click the button "+ Create new secret key" (top right).
3. Type a name (example: n8n Lab).
4. Click Create secret key.
