When Enforcement May Occur
TikTok Shop may take enforcement action against a creator if they:
- Violate TikTok Shop’s policies or community guidelines when posting or promoting products
- Promoting products where content claims may not accurately reflect the product’s actual performance or quality.
- Attempt to bypass platform rules or manipulate features. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Miscategorizing content
- Engaging in fake engagement
- Using multiple accounts to avoid enforcement
- Are involved in severe violations uncovered or reported by public media, user reports, or complaints
- Engage in illegal behavior that causes or may cause actual damage or adverse effects to TikTok Shop
- Repeatedly posting content that violates our policies may lead to enforcement actions on your account. This applies to a range of violations, including but not limited to:
