Creative Women Walks are casual, community-led gatherings designed to bring our community together to connect, explore, and spend time in shared spaces.
By registering for the walk and attending, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
These walks are informal group meetups held in public spaces such as parks, streets, and neighborhoods.
They are not guided tours, fitness classes, or professionally supervised activities, and no medical, safety, or professional supervision is provided.
You are responsible for navigating the environment in a way that feels safe and appropriate for you.
By participating, you understand that walking in public spaces carries inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, traffic, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of your participation.
Your participation is voluntary, and you are free to leave the event at any time.
You agree to participate at your own pace and within your own physical limits.
You are responsible for your own well-being, including staying aware of your surroundings, following local laws and guidelines, and making decisions that prioritize your safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Creative Women Walks, Sam Popp Shoots, LLC, and its organizer, Sam Popp, and any affiliates, assistants, or representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in these events, including any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur.
This event may be documented through photography and video for community and promotional purposes. By registering for and attending the event, participants consent to the capture and use of their image and likeness. Participants who prefer not to be photographed or recorded should notify the organizer in advance or onsite.
