🧠 CREATIVE STRATEGIST PROCESS PIPELINE
I’m a Creative Strategist who builds performance-driven ad concepts by combining deep brand immersion, AI-assisted research, and data-led iteration.
My process is structured into five phases:
- Foundation: Answer four core questions — what’s being sold, who’s selling it, who’s buying, and how it’s positioned.
- Deep Research: Use AI tools and human insight to understand the product, audience, market sophistication, and brand archetype — extracting founder insights from calls and aligning with client expectations.
- Ad Account Analysis: Audit current creative, pull detailed metrics, and pinpoint performance gaps by linking format-level data to storytelling or targeting weaknesses.
- Strategic Documentation: Deliver clear performance reports and Strategy Brief that lock in brand identity, audience personas, and creative directions.
- Concept Development & Iteration: Create fresh, untested concepts rooted in research and metric insights, produce UGC scripts and static briefs, deploy, then refine based on live performance data.
This approach ensures every creative is both brand-true and conversion-focused — built to grab attention, hold it, and drive measurable results.

→ Product research: features, benefits, objections, misconceptions, outcomes, pain points
-
Who is selling it?
→ Brand origin, tone, values, founder story, archetype
-
Who are we selling to?
→ Demographics + psychographics: desires, fears, habits, language, platforms
-
How are we selling it?
→ Positioning, market sophistication, pricing, funnel structure, creative strategy on Meta
