Goal: Support a prestige beauty + fashion retailer brand in positioning its first-party data and retail media platform for premium advertisers

Solution: Created psychographic customer personas using shopper data, internal behavioral data, mapped emotional and behavioral triggers across customer journeys for each persona, and crafted pitch narratives tailored to luxury advertisers
