Group Orders are traditionally used for group buys for items bought overseas.

At GOMdrop, all group orders you make will be found at in the Group Orders page.

• Clicking on New Order will launch our create modal which lets you add some basic information about your order.

  

Info block

This block will show up at the top of the item selection portion of your public form.

• Like the opening and closing pages, this also uses Markdown to format text.
• Use this block to include any information specific to your Group Order such as pre-order gifts, gifts for everyone in the order, or explanations about the items available

Images

In this block you can add images to your order.

• You can upload upload up to 10 at a time. This does not mean the limit is 10 for the total order, just that you only drag and drop or select 10 at once.
• Images are displayed are resized to fit the width of the browser on the public form. For the best quality, use images at or above 800px width.

Items

This block is the most important block because your joiners will interact with them directly to place orders.You can choose to add a single item or an item set

Single items

Item Name - A descriptive title that conveys what the item is without being too long

Description - A description for your item

Price - The price of the item

Stock - The total amount of this item that you can fulfill. Example: If you are doing a limited GO that only has 25 photobooks, but unlimited dolls in total, the Stock Quantity for the photobooks is 25 and empty for the dolls.

Minimum quantity - The minimum of this item a joiner MUST order. This is best used for any fees you want the joiner to pay. Example: make an item called Korean Domestic, set the price to $3.00 ******and the minimum quantity to 1. This will make the item required.

Maximum quantity - The maximum items a joiner can buy. This is best used for items that you don't want a lot of orders for. Example: If you only want to sell 1 light stick per joiner, set maximum quantity to 1 for a lightstick item.

Item sets

To add an item option to an item set click on Add a new item

For now, item set options do not support minimum quantities.
