Firstly, sign into you AWS account as a root user. (MFA Enabled)

Here i used my root account (Damilola0407)

Go to the search bar and type in AWS Organization, which comes up and you click to navigate to the AWS organization resource.

Click add AWS account.

Note: You can add an account by either creating an account or inviting an already existing root account.

I added an account by creating an AWS account. (Dynamic Initiative), enabled with MFA.

Dynamic Initiative now a member of the organization, Note: Damilola0407 is the Management account because it is the root account wherein the AWS Organization resource was launched.

Limitiations: I could not add more than one member account, i troubleshooted and realized it was AWS policy, though as a free tier account, you can add up to 10 member account. However, your management account must have been active for over a month or you can reach to AWS support if you need the imitation to be removed immediately.

Though this hinder my objective of having 3 member accounts, i choose to skip and work with the one member account on this project.
