1. Log into ReturnRabbit Admin Interface

  2. On the left side, navigate to Orders. (You can also create a new request from the Service Request screen. If you click on Create new request from the service requests screen, you will be sent to the the orders screen where you just follow the process below.)

  3. Select Create New Request on the top Right

  4. Look up the order number, customer name or e-mail address using the Search Bar and click on Create Request

  5. Select the items you want to service

  6. Select your Return Reason and choose a Return or Exchange option

  7. Select your Shipping or Refund method

  8. Confirm and Notify customer - You can also skip notification being sent to shopper.
