Just like you added exercises into workouts like adding songs into a Spotify playlist, creating a program works the same way. You simply add the workouts into the program on various days, add in the rest days and the general information and you’re good to go.
If you are selling this program you can also add in a price.

Creating Your First Program

Create The Workouts For Your Program
- You need to have workouts to add to your program.
- To create workouts → Go to the “Create Tab’ → Create the workouts you want in the program

Add Workouts To Your Program
- Once you have all the workouts you want for your program, go to the “Create Tab’ → Create a program
- For each day add either
- a workout, select the workout you want from your existing workout library
- rest day, note days that do not have a workout will automatically be assigned as rest days
- Add weeks!
- You can duplicate the previous week
- Or you can create a new week from scratch
- Once you are happy press next!

Set Up Program Details
- Set a program title (compulsory)
- You can also set a cover photo, add a description, set a program goal, add tags to your program

Set Up Program For Sale
- Enter the price you want to sell your program for
- Note
- Prices are in USD
- You can set a program as $0, this is a free program

Preview & Publish
- See how the program looks and if you are happy with it, awesome, hit the publish button!
- The program will now appear on your profile in the program tab

Are workouts in my program publicly visible
- All workouts that appear in programs that are NOT FREE will not appear on your profile for users to access.
- They must purchase the workout program in order to access these programs

Can I add progressive overload?
- Yes, you can duplicate weeks and edit the details of each workout to add progressive overload

What happens if I delete a program that someone is currently completing?
- The user will still be able to complete the program if they have purchased it or joined it (in the case of free programs)

Can I make drafts or delete programs
- Yes, you can create programs and save them as drafts
- You can turn live programs into drafts as well
- All programs can be deleted, but users who have joined them already will still have access
