Use The Commons event tool to create a Luma Event:

• Step 1: Pick a free slot in the Commons calendar.

  

• Step 2: Create your event here: https://bit.ly/TheCommonsEvents

  

• Strep 3: Go to the event’s Luma page and update Description, Photo and other relevant details

  

  

Recurring Events:

• Sadly, Luma does not have an intuitive way to schedule a recurring series.
• Instead, you can clone an event for multiple individual occurrences in the future.

  • Go to More → Clone event

    

  • We recommend noting the recurrence of next sessions in the description to give heads up to attendees

  • Warning: once you clone the event, you may only edit all occurrences one by one
