So, I completely forgot to make a guide for one of our coolest features: Story Mode (a.k.a. the group chat party you didn’t know you needed).

Story Mode on LoreMateAI lets you and up to 8 characters hang out in one shared space. Think of it as a lively dinner party—except everyone's fictional and you're in charge. 🍽️✨

This guide will walk you through all the steps to get your Story Mode up and running, chaos-free (well, mostly).

Quick Note:

Private characters can’t join Story Mode—yet! For now, any character you want to use needs to be public. But don’t worry, we’re working on making this more flexible in a future update. 🚧
