On the left side navigation bar, i clicked groups and created 3 groups (Adminstator, Technical Support and Devops). This groups represents department that we have in the Organizations (Damilola 0407 and Dynamic Initiative).

Admin group successfully created.

Technical Support group Successfully added.

Devops group successfully created.

Next, I created a User, though i intended to create more than users for the project.

Still on the left navigation pane, i clicked User and add users (Cosmos).

To add a user, the user must have an available email not linked to any AWS account, i specified the username (Cosmos), set password to user to receive a mail with an instruction to create a password.

Email received by user Cosmos to accept invite. Here i realized i didn’t change my AWS access portal URL.

I went to settings, scrolled to identity source and clicked customize AWS access portal url.

AWS access portal url now customized .

MFA Configured under settings.

User cosmos successfully created account in AWS access portal using the link send to the user email.

MFA was also enabled to ensure secure login.
