To use Craftable Zone, you will require to have Lootable Zone installed. Lootable Zone basically contains all the items, whiles Craftable Zone is the brain that allows the crafting. There are three ways you can install the mods:
If you are installing it manually, you will need to place the files into the game folders. Head over to your STALKER 2 install, and then to Stalker2/Content/Paks. If a ~mods folder does not exist, create it. Otherwise, go into it, and paste the files there. It has to look like this:
You will notice that in my folders there is also Localization_P. This is the text of the mod. Every name and description is in there. And these three files are absolutely required if you wish for the names and descriptions to appear proper at this moment. To install it, no matter your first method of installation, you need to go to Nexus Mods’ Lootable Zone’s page, and download “Lootable Zone Localization”. Then paste it in the same folder. You can only have one set of Localization_P files. This means that if another mod brings their own files, it won’t be compatible. You can however either use localization packs the community uploads such as Merged Localization by Patrykulka, or merge the localization yourself by downloading the Raw Localization in Lootable Zone’s page, and using this tool to merge multiple mod’s Localization. This unfortunately has to be this way until GSC adds Localization support.
To test that the mod is working, go into the game, and press the “. button (period button)”, “numerical .” or “F6”, to check that it works. It should immediately open the menu to craft.
If you have ever played STALKER Anomaly (or any of the modpacks surrounding it such as GAMMA), then you will get used to this very quick! This mod is greatly based on how STALKER Anomaly’s crafting works. First of all, to open the menu to craft you need to press “. button (period button)”, “numerical .” or “F6”. The menu will show up, and to the left you will see the tabs available. Each tab is different kinds of crafting.
