Covid-19 Procedures for all Sites
All LABC volunteers, staff, and program participants will be required to practice Healthy at Work protocols and the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness’ Covid-19 Red Zone guidance for business. Additionally, all will be required to follow specific protocols for each individual host site location as applicable. These procedures include, but are not limited to:
Health Checks
Social Distancing
Masks/Face Coverings
Cleaning and Disinfecting
Volunteers are should serve at no more than two sites in person this tax season to reduce their interactions with other volunteers from other sites. Volunteers may work remotely at more than one site.
Social distancing markers of 6-feet will be placed inside tax site locations to ensure social distancing by staff and volunteers.
When possible, all interactions with clients should occur outside of the building to avoid lines and congregation inside the site location.

Comply with requests for information from contract tracers and disease investigators per Executive Order 2020-215.
