① The class time consists of 55 minutes of lecture and 5 minutes of daily report writing and study summary time, based on a 60-minute standard.
② Monthly reports will be sent in bulk on the first weekday of every month.
If it falls on a holiday, they will be sent the following day.

③ If there is a technical issue with the student's equipment or internet during the class, they must inform the instructor immediately. If there is a problem significant enough to disrupt the class, the class will be immediately halted, and there will be no makeup class.
④ If there is a technical issue with the instructor's equipment or internet that significantly disrupts the class, the class can be made up after confirmation from the administrator.
⑤ To prevent future misunderstandings, all classes will be recorded and the instructor will keep them for up to two months. The company will not be responsible for any issues that remain unresolved after this period.
⑥ Classes will not be held on holidays and will be automatically extended.
⑦ If a student cannot attend a class due to unavoidable circumstances, they can cancel one class per four-week period. The canceled class will not be made up, and the last class date will be extended.
