These columns are meant to factor in the time spent in meetings by team members, excluding members of the talent team.
To compute the columns:
Meeting time (hr) - SUM Ashby Job. Use https://app.ashbyhq.com/reports/saved/f81be3b0-33e2-4280-ae69-3bfab555dc64 to get the total interviewer time spent on a given Ashby job. At MUI, an “Ashby job” maps to what we consider a , so this is the cumulative IC time between all “Ashby openings” (what we consider ‣).
You can use https://app.ashbyhq.com/reports/saved/3bfe1866-c7d7-4c4a-8ea5-a41af9621025 to see the breakdown per opening, but it will only show the time spent with the candidate hired. It doesn’t show the real breakdown because we use "evergreen jobs” Evergreen Jobs/Postings.

Direct interview time - hr. Usually, for 1 hour spent in a meeting with a candidate, there are at least 30 minutes spent preparing and taking notes, and discussing, etc.
