Correct the earlier full IT runbook after Sam clarified that the incoming IT company needs an office infrastructure handoff like the former provider runbook, not developer/API material.

What Was Accomplished

• Extracted and reviewed the former Zazz runbook PDF at /Users/samaguiar/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Zazz/Runbook - Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers - 2026-02-27 17.29 UTC +00.00.pdf.
• Created Repos/sail-infrastructure/docs/firm-it-provider-transition-runbook-2026-06-14.md.
• Updated Repos/sail-infrastructure/README.md so the new runbook is findable.
• Committed and pushed to agent/projects-reorg-2026-04-18.
• Commit: 1f2bb18 Add office IT provider transition runbook.

Substance

The new runbook follows the former IT Glue style source categories: configurations, contacts, documents, domains, locations, password inventory, SSL certificates, printing, Active Directory, virtualization, file shares, backup, security, and Internet/WAN.

It intentionally excludes Graph API implementation details, local repos, GCLID and marketing attribution, developer automation, Litify Apex, Render broker internals, and raw secrets.

Source Highlights Captured

• Former export had 77 configurations, 67 contacts, 22 documents, 4 domains, 2 locations, 21 password records, 4 SSL certificates, 1 printing entry, 1 AD entry, 1 virtualization entry, 3 file shares, 1 backup entry, 1 security entry, and 2 WAN entries.
• Core infrastructure captured includes Cisco Meraki firewall, Ubiquiti switches, NASAGUIAR, Dahua camera, PolyCom phones, Hyper-V host, SERVER01 through SERVER04, AD domain corp.kylawoffice.com, Axcient x360 backups, Huntress, Spectrum Fiber, Charter, printers, and mapped file shares.

Safety And QA

• Did not reproduce raw passwords, OTP seed values, emergency login codes, certificate blobs, private keys, printer default passwords, or admin secrets from the PDF.
• Ran secret-value scan and formatting scan against the new runbook and README.
• Removed checklist language after Sam specifically objected to that framing.
• Verified git diff --check passed.
