💛🤼‍♀️ It’s good for tensions to exist between Values💛🤼‍♀️

It means we don’t pull too far one way, and further that we have a way of pulling back in when we do go too far one way. We want to make explicit the main key tensions that exist in our Values set. And we trust Impalans to know which Value to optimise for on different occasions.
