Key Principles
- We work in Seasons.
- We work full-remote and async.
- We don't monitor time, only productivity through output-based management (KPIs).
- Core Team maximum capacity is 10 members. We enforce this in order to stay agile.
- Decision making: when in doubt... 1) check the Mission, Vision and Values , 2) Simple majority voting to unblock conundrums: one vote per C-level (and CEO has ‘tie break’).
- Core team member should enjoy a minimum of 24 days of time-off per year;
- In addition to vacation days, core team members can enjoy the local holidays of the region they're based in.
- There’s a minimum 2-week notice period in case of termination.
- There’s a monthly get-together day (optional to attend) and a two team retreats per year (mandatory to attend).
- Team calls take place on Monday at 3PM (WET).
- Official language: English (US) and official date format is: YYYY/MM/DD, YYYY-MM-DD or Month DDth, YYYY
