You can copy data from all rows or selected rows.

1. Define the row you want to copy: 1 row, a range of rows, non-adjacent rows, rows with Filter conditions or all rows?

   Some notes you need to know:

   • Copy a range of rows: details at Select range
   • Copy non-adjacent rows: setting Select mode in Multiple
   • Filter then copy: see Filter
   • Copy all rows: when no rows are selected (highlighted), you can copy all row contents

2. Touch to open Copy

   

3. The pop-up below appears

   Uncheck columns which you don’t need to copy data.

   

4. Choose Copy then paste it into your target place.
