(Executive Support & Content Operations in a High- Growth AI Startup)

Overview

Copy.ai is a fast-growing AI startup where I supported three senior leaders, including the Founder. My role sat at the intersection of executive support, operations, and content execution.

The goal was simple: protect leadership time and ensure internal and external initiatives shipped consistently without friction.

The Situation

The leadership team needed someone to fully own the operational layer.

As the company scaled, leadership calendars became more complex and content output increased. There were: • Frequent scheduling conflicts across US time zones • High-volume meetings and shifting priorities • Content workflows without consistent QA systems • Ad hoc operational issues landing directly on leadership

Momentum was strong, but structure needed tightening.

What I owned

Executive Support • Full calendar ownership across US time zones • Inbox triage and stakeholder coordination • Meeting logistics and confirmations • Proactive issue resolution before escalation

Content & Operations

• Built and maintained content trackers and QA checklists • Owned podcast and video workflow end-to-end • Edited content in Descript and created Canva assets • Managed publishing cadence and metadata consistency • Coordinated internal documentation and cross-team follow-ups
