Prons:

there are some good UX design and narratives we can learn from or refer to.

Cons:

Allocation is based on others’ social judgements/impressions, it is not fair to introvert people and may be ill-suited to some culture contexts.

People judge each other epoch by epoch, it highly replies on human’s memory which is not reliable at all.
