- lack of competitive comp(<100k+)
Cool jobs:
- quickly moving (maybe a startup? or competitive corporation)
- frontend maturity (1+ principle engineers)
- fun / real / genuine people (do they show their personality in the interview?)
- wild west (things to do and really improve)
- autonomy (space to be creative)
- competitive comp (100k+, really just showing that they care about the employs through PTO and sick days)
