I want to lose weight, and though working out is great, It won't be the driver towards weight loss.

Currently, I'm trying a 8 hour intermittent fasting from 8AM to 2PM. I'm using this as a guide! Specifically, it is a 16/8 intermittent fasting cycle. This will allow me to eat at around Noon and 8PM. I will be drinking only tea and water, moving forward.
