The Kleros Guild rewards its contributors with on-chain credentials and financial incentives. By joining the Guild, you’ll get to work closely with the Kleros team on our organisation’s repositories, take on standalone projects, and grow your career profile in a completely web3-native way.

Why Join the Programme?

• We’ll help you get on-boarded to Proof of Humanity, including workshops to understand the policy and challenger market in depth. This will also including crowdfunding of your deposits and vouching from our side.
• Chance to qualify for a retainer should you meet certain eligibility requirements - demonstrated through your work in the Guild.
• Earn rewards directly attached to GitHub issues through OpenQ smart contracts.
• All contributions you make will be rewarded with SBT credentials that you can use to build a web3-native resumé.
• Work on standalone projects that could eventually branch out into independent products with continued support from Kleros.
• Close proximity to Kleros Incubator and Kleros core team should you want to apply full-time or launch your own startup.

How to Join:

• Create a profile on ******************Kleoverse - this is where SBTs from the Guild can be easily showcased. Feel free to also link your GitHub and personal website/blog to the profile.
• Send a short intro to @e_childsplay on Telegram answering the following:
  • Overview of what you’ve been working on, events you’ve attended, etc
  • Link to your Kleoverse profile. If your GitHub/blog/website isn’t already linked to the profile, please enclude them in the intro message. If you’re a product/ui/ux person, links to some Figma files are a must (or however you prefer to showcase your work).
  • What is the contract address of Proof of Humanity on Ethereum mainnet and the value of its _renewalPeriodDuration variable. Let’s test those sleuthing skills!
• Await onboarding decision.

Post-onboarding:

• If you successfully pass the onboarding, you’ll be whitelisted to an SBT on Mint Kudos that will give you access to the contributor telegram channel and contributor role on Kleros discord.
• You can get access to both here after minting your token.
• Usage:
  • Discord channels - New bounty listings will be automatically pushed here through DeWork.
  • Telegram - If you have some specific questions for the Kleros team or want to discuss a task in more detail, here is the best place to start.
