In my first WEB 3.0 adventure, I decided to take in charge of content and YouTube.

Problems I noticed : -

Push had a youtube channel but it was not maintained in terms of content and management both. I decided to come up with content strategy which helps their brand and the messaging they want to put out.

Approach and Results-

In this case the first step was covering founders and their experience of running a company in web3 and helping with onboarding devs as web 3 respects community why not do something at ground level for them. The podcast was called Rockstars of Ethereum

The idea was to host founders who are successfully running companies in web3 and make them say there stories to motivate devs, also had a theme where at last founders would announcement if they are hiring for any of the position, making the podcast a positive sum game.

Launched the Podcast series with really empowering people like Dmitriy Buterin (AKA Father of Ethereum.), Dan Finlay - Founder @Metamask, Austin Griffith Founder@Scaffold-ETH,ethbuild. Preethi kassireddy - Founder @Dappcamp, Tanmay Bhat & Akshay BD @Superteam

Made the channel active by running a series of shorts before and after the podcast launch to gain maximum viewership. The engagements on the shorts and youtube started rising

also guided founders on a call with founders about how they should host, what kind of questions will make it fun and suggested some tips with my media experience.

Ended up with a good series and even actually placing people in the hiring positions.

To grow a youtube channel or building it from scratch takes a lot of effort. My goal was to help set up create base so that other’s can come and build on top of it irrespective of my guidance. I started with podcast series to catch attention and bring in more people then we started with useful content to retain and grow.

During my work period I helped create lot of series which are targeting each important segment for the organisation. I have created explainer series for their target audience, developer series for building more stuff on top of our communication layer. Below are some important series links -
