The job:

I'll try not to get carried away here, but this is a fantastic opportunity.

Demand Curve offers training courses to senior-level growth marketers. This means that, by default, the person in this role will be surrounded by senior-level growth marketers. As a perk, you'll also get access to Demand Curve's library of courses and membership in its Slack community.

The role itself is part-strategy, part-writing. The right person for this job is a really strong writer. As founder Julian Shapiro mentioned in the interview above, he wants more content like his own growth marketing guide. If this style of writing and depth excites you, it could be a good fit. If it intimidates you, this isn't the job for you.

Here are three things I like about this role:

Demand Curve is not a SaaS company, meaning that the SaaS playbook so many of us are used to won't necessarily work here. It's a cool opportunity to come up with something new and fresh.

The company:

Demand Curve is YC-backed company in its early stages. The person who takes on this role will be early at a startup poised for growth. The pay is competitive for a mid- to senior-level writer.

Our take:

If you are a strong writer with some marketing background interested in working at an early-stage startup, this is a really cool opportunity. We'll be helping a few qualified folks apply for this job.
