Before coming up with any video ideas, ask:
“What’s the objective of this video?”
Choose one of the following per video:
- Growth (reach new people, awareness)
- Trust (build authority, deepen connection)
- Conversion (get downloads, sign-ups, coaching clients)

- Growth = “How to control your emotions in 10 seconds” (viral potential)
- Trust = “The trap of needing motivation” (educational depth)
- Conversion = “Why most athletes struggle with pressure—and how to train it” (ties to app or course)
🎯 STEP 2: Pick the Content Bucket
Now ask:
“What pain point or topic does this fall into?”
Create a Notion list of your Core Content Buckets, such as:
- Emotional regulation
- Consistency & habits
- Confidence & pressure
