Supports the on-boarding of new contributors and ensures content is delivered on time and with appropriate quality.

Task Briefs:

• Helps to on-board new contributors (e.g. vets them, give permissions in Ghost, run through Task Briefs etc…)
• Makes sure a content contributor + promoter is booked in on Dework with appropriate time to deliver.
• Manage any queries contributors may have during the process and support the editing process - check style, format and readability.
• Substack subscriber email import (every Thursday):
• Ensures quality and vets performance of contributors and promoters etc… (mainly John)
• ReFi Event Retro: Track interesting events and coordinate organisers or attendees to write a retrospective.
