1. think about the types of content you’d like to capture from your event
   1. audio recordings / transcriptions
   2. photos
   3. videos
2. take steps to ensure any content captured is high quality
   1. use a modern microphone, camera, and/or phone
   2. if you need equipment, reach out and make a plan ahead of time
   3. you could even find a volunteer photographer or hire a professional!
3. remember to capture content during your event!
4. share your content
   1. with PNW Climate Week organizers
   2. on LinkedIn and social channels
