Role: Business & Functional Lead (via consulting) | B2B E-commerce Product

Goal: Design the subscription journey and UI content flow for a CMS platform that helps retail and hospitality brands manage in-store digital content

Solution: Created content-led wireframes for 5-stage user journeys, designed messaging logic for errors and states in line with business requirements and business rules. Collaborated with SAP-led tech teams to map front-end triggers to backend capabilities
