Contact cleaner needs Contacts access to show your swipe deck, Trash, duplicate checks, and missing-info insights.
You can change this anytime in iOS Settings.
Swiping does not instantly delete a contact.
Contacts are moved to Trash first. Deletion only happens after you confirm.

To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
You can request account deletion from Profile in the app. Deleting your Contact cleaner account removes account data but does not delete contacts from your device.
Raw contacts stay on your device and are not uploaded, sold, or shared.
