There are 3 types of contact properties

Predefined Properties

These properties will be added to the user’s account as soon as they register. Will also have a predefined data type.

Custom Properties

Any arbitrary property that the user can send (via API), upload (via CSV), or sync from integrations (e.g. Shopify, Hubspot, Mix panel, Salesforce, Segment) will be added to the property list of that particular user. The data type will be inferred (API or integrations) or selected (CSV) by the user on the first encounter with the property.

System Properties

These properties will be managed by Mailmodo.
